Funkmeister back from another hunt!
This time I have a much better attempt at the elusive 1942/41 Mercury Dime!
I got this from an online auction - not eBay - It looked good - then when I got it two things I didn't know came up.
First the coin has what is described as "Reverse Repair" - What are your thoughts on that?
Second - The coin had paperwork! I've never seen this before - I actually think it's a cool feature to the coin - Someone "Graded" this in 1979 - Paperwork has a seal on it - Impossible to read what the seal says - but you can see it.
I know the grading debate - but I'm going to ask anyway - I'm probably looking to sell this - Sell it as is - Grade it?
Either way - it's cool to finally see one and really see the Date for real!
Thank you for your input as always!

It looks legit but like Paul said I would send to ANACS to have it reverified.

Very interesting! A lot of damage to the REV, but really not a bad job of making it look probably the best they could have. Wonder if the repair was removing a clip someone had soldered to it for jewelry?
