7. Always be respectful even if something makes you upset or you don’t agree with a member. You can always get a second opinion elsewhere. If you have an issue then politely ask an admin in an PM. PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). I have a 1962...

Proof Set, still inside the flat-pack. However, the Franklin has toned, into a "pink" appearance (the other 2 silver coins in it did not turn). Has the value been lost? Is it not worth sending in for grading now? Would NCS Conservation be able to fix it?

I do not hugeeyes a "Flat Pack" Franklin half here.....

NCS does not restore toned coins.... Or I should say, they've never done it for me

I took it out of the flat pack, thinking it was the cellophane causing it
