I know it’s damaged, but all the lines you see in there are raised , ( it looks like it’s scratched up but It’s not scratch)

There's only raised areas because of the scratches, no different than a ditch witch, the dirt piles up on the sides of the ditch, in this case the scratch.

I'm not seeing any raised lines. They all look recessed. Especially the rims with the grey zinc showing through.
