How would you grade this 1924 s peace dollar?

Hi I have been looking at this peace dollar and it looks like a ms 63-64 to me based on the wear of the high points of the coin. I have seen ms 64 from pcgs they graded and it had less details on the higher points of my coin. The luster is unbroken through out both sides and the edge has no marks or dings. The dark spot under her eye is toning and not damage. Thanks for the advice.

Larger images would be better. Your coin is artificially toned so would be a details grade. MS64 versus MS63 is not about wear. An MS coin doesn't have wear or it's not MS.
