1914/3 Buffalo Nickel Possible Markers of 4/3

Hey guys again I have looked at G4 and VG examples of the real deal. Can you guys give a perspective? Of course sometimes we see what we want but quickly come back down to earth lol. Do you think this is an example of 1913/4 buffalo nickel? I see the markers.

I don't believe it's possible to attribute this variety using online images with a heavily worn dirty coin

Whats your suggestion? I don't wanna use nick a date or anything but if you look at it in person it the pieces of 3 seem to be there

This would need to be inspected in hand BY AN EXPERT.......
