Not worth a premium over face value. The pics appear to show what is sometimes calked a "struck through grease" error. Its common. Polish or grease was in the lettering of the dies and so no impression was made on the coin when pressed.

Not worth messing with or spending any time on, pass on it.

Your 1968 is not a proof, even circulated proofs don't look like this coin, and if you want to find a No S look in proof sets not pocket change or rolls.
