I do see an itty-bitty contact mark on the outer rim, ...I'm not sure of the area to the left of the date..... as this coin was imaged in a plastic container.
What type of "Grade" did you believe you were going to receive from the mint?

I think the coin looks great..... Minus the small surface imperfections near the date... This appears to be an early Die State Coin ?? Which would lead me to believe, if it were mine, I would keep it. But that's just me. Keep in mind, if you do decide to return it for an exchange (if that's possibl...
