The coin looks fine and it appears NTC got the grade correct which is not usual, they trade for a grade back. NTC is legit but not repsected enough for trading like PCGS, NGC, ANACS or ICG. SEGs can't be isn't that respected either. I see the owner at the shows and all his coins are raw, so he knows...
