1875 20C Sailor Head Twenty Cents, Judd-1392, Pollock-1535, Low R.6
William Barber's "Sailor Head" of Liberty dominates the obverse. The reverse has a shield that emphasizes the denomination with a large 20. Arrows, leaves, and a glory of rays ornament the shield. Struck in silver with a plain edge.
