Waffled Coin
Although, not an actual mint error this Kennedy Half Dollar was destroyed at the U.S. Mint. This is the method used by the mint to destroy coins that don't fit specification or was an error coin. There's no way to identify what error or problem this coin might have had, but waffled coins have a value all their own.
