Service Description:
We prefer buying your collection and will pay a fair market value for your coins. However, as trading assistants on ebay we will sell your coins for you. We offer hassle free selling methods with 100% positive feedback and some of the best descriptions and pictures in the business.
We can negotiate a pick up location and time within a 30 mile radius of our location , but the coins can be shipped, insured, to our location. The customer will be responsibly for all shipping and handling fees associated with shipping their collection to our location.
We will issue an itemized list of each coin, that will be signed by both parties, and a copy given to each. All transaction details will be disclosed and reported to the consignee.
If you just have one coin to sell, we will sell it. No collection to large or too small.
Fees:
The owner of a collection must realize that values listed in the price guides are just that, a guide. It is understood that most coin(s) sell for 50% to 75% of price guide values and it is rare for a coin to realize 100% of the listed price guide values. With these facts in mind, we will buy most collections for 50% or better of the most popular price guides listed value. Of course, there will be a few exceptions and these will be discussed with the potential customer.
Our fees for selling your coins on ebay range from 20% to 30% percent of the final auction value or final bid of all auctions listed. Most of the time this stated percentage will include all auction fees and paypal fees associated with your auctions.
Terms and Conditions:
All state laws on monetary transactions will be obeyed including taxes and liability issues. We are not responsible for items not meeting a reserve status or if the condition of the coins are not correct according to the customer's claims. We sell with honesty and integrity, and will never sell coins in any other method wether directly or indirectly and/or under any false pretenses.
Graded coins from third party graders that do not abide by the accepted grading standards will be sold as such and without any guarantee of selling price or perceived values.
We write our own descriptions of each item using several years of gained knowledge and experience, and under no circumstances will the customer dictate the descriptions of the item(s).
After auction is complete, which usually takes 7 days, the customer will be contacted about the total of all listed auctions, all fees associated with auctions and what monetary value they will receive for said auctions. The money will be sent via money order or paypal transfer. Sometimes it takes up to 14 days to receive all payments from winning bidders, so a customer will not receive any moneys until all payments have been received. This should never take more than 21 days and usually less time will be required. However, we guarantee that all transactions and money exchanges will be honored to the fullest of this agreement.
