Roche, of King Street, Dublin is responsible for the minting of the Hibernia-Voce Populi Coins, and he was a maker of buttons for the army. The where Irish tokens, but some managed to make it to the American Colonies and used as coinage. There are counterfeit halfpences and "Bungtown" tokens. They where issued in in "Long Bust" and "Short Bust" obverse and most of the Long Bust pieces bear a "P" on the obverse. It's possible that the "Short Bust" pieces where counterfeit pieces of the time.

The coins where minted in the denominations of farthing and halfpenny with varieties of each and all dated 1760.
