Should You Submit Your Coins For Grading?

This is date side of the Indian head penny . I know it's not in the best of condition .

Hi, my name is Drowndnwrms247. I am very interested in knowing if this Quarter is a) REALLY A MINT ERROR, & b) DOES IT APPEAR TO BE WORTH ANYTHING SIGNIFICANT?
To me it looks like Washington has a rams horn. And the reverse has little to no sign of the protrusion in the obverse. Should I have it graded or try to sell it raw?? Thanks in advance as I know you all are much more versed in this area than I am.
