2016 D West Virginia Quarter

2016 D West Virginia Quarter looks burnt on front but then u also see what looks to be dates also I dunno anyone got a clue what's up? Don't tell me it's 2 coins rubbed together or something ... Front burnt with numbers just have no clue what it is lol

I cannot hugeeyes the "numbers" you mention in these images. :mad:

This appears to be something on the surface of the coin,... I do not see any "ERROR" here.

I agree with Pahl1.
More than likely a stain from some type of liquid.
