The coin is normal but cleaned. Here's our article on no S mint mark coins and other than these there's no other.

I just wiped away the coin dust, I did not use any metal clean product.
Strange is that I have several Roosevelt dime coins in the same state of conservation and they have also been cleaned in the same way but none is equal to this ....

I didn't imply that you cleaned it, but someone did before you had it.

maybe my late father because the coin was his, but he's already died for many years ...
the coin even cleaned like all other Roosevelt dime coins that I have in nickel copper is totally different.

When they're polished like this they are hard to take images of. I am a professional macro coin photographer and I know why this is an issue. I know you don't want to believe me but I know what I am talking about.

Coin has been polished. I photograph hundreds of coins a month and handle many more than that in my coin shop. There's no doubt that this coin has been cleaned and polished, it's a 100% fact.
