1999 georgia quarter doubling

Hi ,
first id like to thank Daniel for creating the videos that i enjoy so much.
found a 1999 Georgia state quarter in a roll that seems to have some type of doubling on the obverse.
on the O and on Washington's forehead.possibly some other minor doubling on other letters.
looking for help with the type of doubling . thanks!

On you coin I am seeing a lot of circulation issues and die deterioration but not a doubled die.

Thank you all for taking a look and sharing your expertise.
I like the coin and will probably hang on to it with a " machine doubling and/or die deterioration" label.
I have another quarter to post as time permits.
