PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). 1953 Canadian penny

All I know this is queen Elizabeth when she was 20 years of age I saw a few of them but never seen one like this one.Just want to get some advice been awhile

That coin is a keeper being the first year that was made in Elizabeth II image. They actually made 4 different "versions" of the Elizabeth II cent. Here is a link for more info. Scroll down till you see Elizabeth II.

It might be a keeper if you need one for your collection but this coin is not rare, don't want to create that impression.
