1976-S Bicentennial Kennedy Clad Proof DDR FS-801?

#1 Unread post by TriedlikeSilver »

So i tried to find another post about this topic, and came up with nothing. So, I am wondering if this is an FS-801. I cannot seem to find any Hi-Res photos of a non-DDR to compare it to. Any help would be much appreciated.

i will post pics with arrows soon. but i am seeing extra metal on E Pluribus Unum, on the L and the U's most specifically , and the H seems to have the extra bar in the middle of the SGH. When i try to get closer, my Plugable Microscope wont focus. its cause of the flip im afraid to take it out of, i think.
Edit:Also, the I's seem to have extra metal on top, to the 9 o'clock.

No extra metal on the coin, extra metal would not be raised on the coin, die deterioration causes the die metal to move and warp but it's the same metal. Doubled dies are thickness but not extra metal and this isn't die doubled.
