Obv and reverse look slightly off center. What is the diameter and weight?
(Others more experienced can tell you whether it was likely struck out of collar.)

Just slightly off center but common on coins and the missing areas is from circulation, the coin has been handled. Other reason a coin is missing some elements is being struck through filled die and that is common as well.
