Hello everyone, any opinion on grades and condition? If I’m not mistaken it must be a matte proof . What do you all think?

Thanks

I'ts not a matte proof and appears to be mint state, coins must be turned in the light an inspected for small contact marks and areas of wear.

It has no signs of any scratches or marks except the dye breaks on the back and a few marks in front of the face, I don’t know if you can see them

It is a nice coin and yes the marks on the obverse are visible. A couple on the cheek as well as the rim are all taken into account when the grading companies determine a grade.

Quite a few of this "first year of Lincoln" are well struck with great detail. This detail has fooled a lot of people into thinking they had a matte proof (me included) but there were so few produced and they have been well studied it is not likely. There are known markers for each year in the series as well.

And congratulations on adding it to your collection.

Thank you all for your helps and by the way these pictures that you’re seeing are with my phone and the coin is actually in a 2x2 flips, all those marks are on the flip. The coin has not even a single mark on it(I checked it under microscope 😁) anyway thanks again, you are really helpful to people like me.
Could you please tell me where I can read about proof marks and specifications cause all I have found were about the marks on the back and other things that are presented in these coins
Thank you

Diagnostics
Key points for collectors seeking to determine if their Lincoln, V.D.B. cent might be a Matte Proof are the raised, parallel die lines that appear on top and along Lincoln’s nose on the obverse on the Matte Proof cent.
On the reverse, an upside-down U-shaped raised mark appears to the right of the M in UNUM.
The use of a Matte Proof finish on the first Lincoln cents was a recent innovation for the Mint; until 1907, Proof coins generally bore a Brilliant Proof finish. The Proof 1909 Indian Head cents bore the traditional mirror finish.
A Matte Proof coin’s surfaces are granular and the rims flat and squared. The dies, not the planchets, were sandblasted to impart the grainy surfaces.

I have had some nice 1909 VDBs that looked to have a different finish but not the matte. Here's an example.
