If one of the numbers is noticeably higher than the rest, would that make it a error or add a premium?

PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). Our community is not a soap box for complaining or drama, so please refrain from doing so here.[/size]

With bills, condition of the note far outweighs any error. Those crinkles bring this minor error back to face value.
Don't get me wrong though, someone would pay a tiny bit more to have this error.
