Is this coin DDO and DDR? On the sunken letters , is Doubling possible?

I see die deterioration.
Doubling will be in one direction. When the lettering is broadening in multiple directions, its die deterioration.

MHonzell, thank you for the explanation and attachment. Clear as water. I still should be looking for these types of die deterioration errors as well?

Die deterioration is not considered an error, nor collectible, other than interesting.

Agree, some of it is machine doubling. I went with the second picture which shows die deterioration doubling.
Machine doubling on incuse lettering can produce some oddball effects.
