2016P weird Roosevelt face and dime

Hello All,

I found this 2016P dime. Roosevelt face looks weird. Is this post mint damage? Or could it be mint error? I can see a foreign metal stock or pressed in close to the rim but the face is weird, metal on the face is raised and then craters. On the very opposite site of face in the rev the metal is not damage. I was expecting to see evidence damage going through the back is someone intentionally did this.

All of this is post mint damaged from extreme heat.

This is not an "ERROR", and is considered 'Post Mint Damage'.

House fire has a lot of heat, often coins turn into blobs.
