1971 One Cent Doubled Die ?

Is this a possible Doubled Die, notice the 7 in the date, is that normal to have four notches ?

"Notches" without thickness usually indicates PSD.

Almost.
Post Mint Damage. It's hard to see the closeups in your image but I don't think there is any thickness on any of the devices.

Keep in mind, that when snapping pictures at a very close distance with your imaging device, you are sacrificing the quality of the picture...

It usually takes a minimum of 5 megapixel, for a USB scope, to render very clear images at these small distances.
