1966 dime

So on some of letters look like one on top of another , and initial looks like a ball - I don't seem to have a good eye for coins an should probably get new hobby, but thanks for always taking the time to respond 😁 the first pic the dime does not a part missing I took pic from eye lens of microscope with cell

Keep plugging away. You'll never find that " first one" unless you keep looking.

Here is a great opportunity to request images of both sides of the coin.
(Probably only a misaligned die, but with out the reverse images I'll never know for sure.)

I wonder if the misaligned die effect is from the editing software that crops the image too close on one edge?

No software I used my phone camera to take pic through eye piece of microscope

Can you post an image of the reverse to see if it might be misaligned or off center?
