Nickel error??

Ok so would Love to know if this 1969 S nickel is an error or Not a true error thank you

Welcome.
Can you point out the areas that you are questioning? I see some post strike damage (PSD) but nothing looking like a mint error.

I Would like to know more about The damaged rim. I’m kind a new to this coin collecting so bear with me but could you explain to me a little bit more about PSD and what that is

That's ok because we all started sometime.
The damaged rim is just that, damage after the blank planchet was struck by the Obverse and Reverse dies.

Damage after the planchet leaves the coining chamber is not a mint error and is referred to as PSD (Post Strike Damage) or PMD (Post Mint Damage).
Note: Anomalies to the planchet before or during the process of being struck can be a mint error.
