1984 P lincoln cent error?
I found this penny today. The obverse looks pretty normal but the reverse is was too big for the planchet

The planchet is the correct side and can't be larger on one side than the other, the line your're seeing is from die wear or a plating disturbance. It is common. Your coin is the correct weight and within mint tolerances.

I didn't mean the obverse I was talking mainly about the reverse where even being centered the letters are almost touching the rim

I know, but I only had an obverse example of what you're talking about. Also your reverse might be a little off center. It is impossible for one side of a coin or planchet to be larger than the other.
A planchet is one size and so is the die. Die wear can cause a coin to look like this.
