Has anyone ever heard of a 1982 D Copper small date, with the # 3 stamped or die clash on the reverse side (on Lincoln's statue) ?
Thanks

How cool is that!!!!! And I have a friend that has collected the copper cents with a sorting machine (10-20 five gallon buckets full). He indicated he was ready to start selling them at about 2c apiece. His price probably just doubled! lol:

The 1982-D Small Dates are struck on copper plated zinc planchets only, this post is about one being accidentally struck on a 95% copper planchet. You're coin has to weigh 3.1g to know if is copper. As far as die a die clash is concerned you can post an image of the coin, but the coin does not have a 3 so it's going to be something else.
