Looks like it got wet to me and faded on from another note. I am not convinced this is an error.

i'm not a "PM"1 expert here, but.....
is the faint memorial on the front, & mirror image (reversed),....i.e. is it backwards ?

What do I need to do to confirm? I live in Biloxi MS. Do you know anyone close that I can take it to have it examined?
