hey my name is Robert I'm From texas I've find several coins in my stepfather's
The most interesting interesting interesting is a wheat penny with line going across it almost like a crescent moon even then I've been looking for a flaw in ever coin I get.
I'm just happy too be here and learn about rare coins.

Welcome to the forum.
It's not easy to tell what's going on with your coin, but it could be a lamination which is a minor planchet error. If you can post a more clear image then I would be glad to help you further.

if you lay another penny over the top, does the 'marking' match up?
