Pictures show up scratches that I miss in real life. Ah well, getting better pictures of FG initials now.

What's incomplete hubbing on inside motto on reverse?

Greetings, if you’re referring to the letters in “E Pluribus unum” that is from die wear causing the metal to flow towards the direction of the rim, you can see it in the other letters above. If this was a Hub doubling you would see the interpunts or DOTs appearing oval. ;)
