Is My 1958 D Lincoln Cent a Doubled Die?

This is one of the 58 D that I have an it looks like its doubled what's. Yalls input

The 1958-D DDO Cent is rare and a weak doubled die, then you have the no mint mark 58' from Philly that is obvious. I provided an image.
