1937 odd metal Lincoln Wheat Cent?

Found this penny while sorting and putting dates together. It is not magnetic. Any clues .

These are usually plated jobs but what is the weight?

Since it weighs normal then it is more than likely plated in zinc. I don't know of any 1937 cents struck on zinc plated planchets or that the mint even experimented with that before 1942.

Yes thank you, someone plated this . On one of the sides I found an area where you can see copper color. Thank you again. It was interesting anyways.
