Hello,
My name is WJ, I found this odd strike 2000 Virginia Quarter when going thru my coins, can anyone help me define these marks?? See attached front and back photos. Thanks!

PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). While I have no doubt this is damage, it would help if the photos were a little more straight on to the obverse and reverse.
