Information on Grading Services

Need Info on National Grading Certification Service also known as NGCS. Who are they, are they in business, or anything about them. I have some coins graded by them. Tried searching on Web- nothing?????. Thanks Paul

No it is not NGC
Label States NGCS #265408 on back
Front label 1986 Gem Silver Eagle MS70 National Grading Certification Service (To tone green label)
Looks like slab is from the 80"s, not sure.
Cannot locate anything about this grading service.
Coin looks like MS70 Perfect Condition.
I have a photo in PDF file cannot attach it.

This is not a real or reputable grading service and the coin will not hold this grade in the top tier holders like PCGS or NGC.
