6. No spam. Do not post any links to your coin or other non-coin websites.

7. Always be respectful even if something makes you upset or you don’t agree with a member. You can always get a second opinion elsewhere. If you have an issue then politely ask an admin in an PM. PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). Our community is not a soap box for complaining or drama, so please refrain from doing so here.[/size]

Hi, We just won a bid on Ebay for a 1880-0 Morgan Dollar. It says on the holder semi PL, PCS MS 65
What is a the approx. value?

You're not going to like what you hear from me, PCS is not a real grading service, and is a self grading seller. I hope you're lucky and the seller is half way honest, so the coin isn't too over graded or even cleaned. Post an image of the coin and I can give you more info.

And welcome to the forum, you came to the right place for questions.

Thanks, that's what we were afraid of-got carried away and have already asked for the transaction to be canceled. the item number on Ebay is 221377963611- if you could take a look we would appreciate it.

You shouldn't have any troubled getting your money back and then some from this seller, they're very dishonest but will kiss your butt to make you happy so you don't leave them a neg. I have watched them for years and talked with some of their former customers, and they always bright out the coin to hide imperfections or the fact it's been cleaned.

Feel free to post any future auctions here, before you buy, so you can be better informed. I am glad to help you.
