maybe this 1919 lincoln wheat ear on right with e and p missing off the e. pluribus is a good find ,just opened up a 50 cent roll purchased off ebay of unsearched wheats ,this was one of them any input greatly appreciated.thanks dave

This is caused by grease on the die blocking the letters from striking. It's not uncommon for wheat cents and adds no extra value.

how about the wheat ear on the left if you can see it , is that what they call an add on ?thank you for your time.

I am not sure what you mean by "add on" since that's not mint error lingo. I just don't see anything special that would make this a valuable mint error.
