1965 P Dime Full Split Bands?

Hi Guys, is thie 1965 dime considered to have full split bands, and if so, would that be rare?

Mintage, values and populations can be found by looking at most of the TPG websites

I can't tell but FS doesn't make a dime rare it must also be in high grade. Please check price guides like PCGS coin facts to see which grade makes a coin worth money with FS.
