From your images here, I do hugeeyes an obverse surface lamination error, and what looks to be a clipped planchet.

The lamination is obvious, but I would need to see this in hand to verify the Blakesly on the clip.

Is it worth sending in to get graded?

I see a slight clipped planchet and a slight lamination but not worth grading. The coin is worth less than the grading fees, and none of the grading services will grade laminations anymore.
