Welcome Charlie.

Can you add some commentary to go with the images.
Just not sure if you have a question?

The area of the rim by the last T of TRUST looks like it might be a die anomaly of some type because it does look raised.

EDIT: On further examination the area looks recessed, and if so it could be damage or a struck through some object.

Please Post a full obverse and reverse image which will help us.
