1991 D penny, Date?

I fund this penny and I noticed something above dt. I tried to check websites and reference guides to identified better but I don't know much. Pls weight in on this. Thanks

What you are seeing here, is considered a "environmental issue" on the surface of the coin.
These Lincoln cents, have a ''zinc core", and any disturbance in that exterior plating, will cause the core to "ROT".

So this would be called "Zinc Rot".
