Not really. Here is something to consider.

Is there any value to a car that has been damaged in an accident? A little, at least as scrap. But depending on the amount of damage, there is a significant reduction of any desire to own the car so the "value" decreases.

In the case of this Lincoln cent, about 1.5 cents for the copper content (but it's illegal to melt them down!)

Damaged coins don't have any extra value above their melt.
