Possible 1989 Washington Quarter Error?

Hello everyone! I was looking through some of my Washington Quarters and I came across a 1989 quarter. And I believe this is an error coin, but I'm not 100% sure. Hopefully you'll be able to tell me if it is through the pictures.

Thanks everyone for your help!

P.S. The error I think occurred was the rims being a little too bulky.

It is a collar die clash and these are common. It is a mint error but very minor. Here's a link reference http://coinauctionshelp.com/collar-die- ... t-error-2/

Look at the rim across from Washington's nose.
