2015 dime p. I got this dime today. now I do believe that this is from a worn out die?? someone help me???

PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). I can't make out what would be die wear, the image is too blurry and only one side is imaged.

It's a grease die error.. i have a few of these from 1909 lincoln cent to 2016 dime
