PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). dime defect?

I found this dime with a strange raised point on it. New to this forum, I'm not a coin guy at all. Just curious if anyone knows what's up with this coin.

coins are often made into jewelry, buttons, tie tacs, cuff links, lapel pins,.....so on
