Re: 2 more errors?
Two more examples of PMD, the reverse of the dime has the rim rubbed off and the "off-center" is well within mint tolerances. The nickel is beat up from being handling roughly and more than likely was laying in a high traffic area with a rough surface.

The dime is a well known misaligned die mint error had it for years. Did you think to check the reverse position. The nickel is an acid etch thus the green on the coin. You were wrong both times, Once again. For doing this for years I think you should go back and read your own material.

Daniel, for grading coins giving advise I think it's always best to see the coin in person, by the way the dime has no metal loss either. Correct weight on the dot. I use a pharmaceutical grade scale that will get down to 1000th of a grain accurately been selling gold silver and coins for 45 years.

Re: 2 more errors?
What is your malfunction? I have been at this just as long as you have and I have all the equipment (scales, microscopes, HD cameras, etc.) plus my dad has been doing this since 1954 and he's still going, AND my grandpa was doing this since before WW2 (died in 2009) so that's over 171 years of experience combined for my coin business. And you know what? It doesn't mean much of anything if you have it all wrong like you do.
Your experiences or how long you've been doing this has nothing to do with it when you're wrong and misrepresenting your coins to the public. You're what's wrong with coin collecting and now you claim you sell this junk to people and then try to educate experts here in this forum. That's extremely sad bud.
You stated the dime was off center your self and now it's a misaligned die. lol You contradict yourself. I did check the reverse and no way to tell if the coin is misaligned because of the damage, besides that, the off-set is so slight on the obverse that it adds no premium to the coin. I can find examples like this in every handful of dimes I search.
I can pound out a coin ring and it will still way the same as the coin is was pounded from, the metal has been moved on this dime period by someone rubbing the coin against something. It might have weighed .02 or so mm's above mint tolerance before it was messed with so naturally it can weigh spot on either way.
The nickel is not acid etched now I think you're just disagreeing to be contrary, you let pride get in your way, and can't publicly admit you're wrong. I will let you read this and change your ways but if you don't then you're no longer welcome in this forum.
