1999 "wide AM" yes or no?

Came across this 1999 cent today and it appears from plain sight to be a wide AM type can anyone confirm or deny for me please?

...after enlarging the photo, i don't believe it is a wide AM.

It is hard to tell in this photo. It does look like a large fg which is synonymous to the WAM. A closer and better picture of the AM and the fg would tell the story. But At first glance it looks like it could be, but I cannot say definitively that is that is or isn't. It would help to take a picture of both sides. The regular AM's for that year they are almost touching. Better pics please.

...actually daniel i thought the FG was too far right of the memorial which would indicate a close AM. in my opinion. unless i am mis-understanding. if the coin is a wide AM the FG should be CLOSER to the memorial. opposite of the wide AM. let me add: http://www.lincolncentresource.com/wideams.html
