2004 D Roosevelt Dime looks like an rpm
Here is a change of pace, not pennies! Actually went out and about today and when we got home we grabbed the loose change that was on the truck dash. I just threw the pennies in with the bulk pennies to look at later however I did go through the silver coinage. This dime is interesting do to the fact the MM looks like an rpm. To me it even looks like it shows a slight rotation as well. Is that even possible? What are your opinions? Thanks

Looks like die deterioration to me. It definitely isn't a RPM since it is a 2004. I believe the magic year is 1991. All coins after then cannot contain a RPM error.
