clipped planchet dime?

I got six rolls of dimes today, looking for a 1969 and a 1979d to complete my 1965-1999 folder.
I didn't find either, but found one with a completely smooth edge. Exactly the same size as any other dime. Maybe it's finely sanded or something. I doubt that it's a spooned edge. Anyway, I did find a tiny clipped planchet--I think.

I like work; it fascinates me.
I can sit and look at it for hours.

It's not easy to tell since it's such a small area but I have always thought these were slightly clipped planchets. I have found them this small before.
