Holy cow, Poland, welcome P. I don't know, you would really have to talk to someone with Polish coin die experience, no doubt there is someone out there who would know. Oh yes, thanks to Jan Sobieski.

Welcome!

The bottom picture does show some thickening of the devices that looks like pictures I have seen of known doubled dies on US some coins. However, the picture also looks a bit distorted.

The new pictures are better 👍🏻

I do not see notches like on a typical doubled die. Some US coins with die doubling just have very thick letters b/c the two images are engraved so close together there is no space in between them. But on your coin it looks instead like the actual style of the letters is different b/c, as can be seen by the arrows you drew, pointed areas of letters on the righthand coin are blunted on the lefthand coin. While this type of blunting might occur by circulation damage, its not very likely that every single one of those point was blunted by damage on the same coin. Also, there is not sign in any of those areas of the coin being hit.

Please remember, I know nothing of how Polish coins are minted, so I can only use what my experience has shown me to make a GUESS 😊

This is the first picture I have been able to see the notching. Much better!
My opinion is this is a doubled die as it looks typical of what a doubled die can show. And now the extra thickness and misshapen areas can be accounted for as well. :)
